About Us

The Stanford Prehospital Education Project is a collection of clinical presentations, videos, and audio podcasts meant to educate, challenge, and inform practicing EMTs and paramedics. The faculty are led by the EMS division of the Stanford Emergency Department and supplemented by regionally and nationally known thought leaders in EMS. The goal of the website is to serve as a repository of knowledge to enhance the clinical care provided by EMS professionals, thereby enhancing the status of prehospital providers as the first line of care in our complex healthcare system.
